Ugandan singer Stecia Mayanja has returned to Uganda after weighing it in her mind that East or West home is best.

Upon her return, some were quick to claim that hustling life in Canada didn’t go as she had planned.

There has been a rumour making rounds on social media that Stecia Mayanja was deported as she couldn’t attain papers to keep her in Canada.

During a press conference, the singer revealed her intentions, stating she is here to reignite her music career and promising her fans the best.

Stecia Mayanja explained that she missed performing on stage during the years she was away and feels happy to be enjoying the Ugandan weather again.

It should be noted that years back Stecia was one of the most expensive singers who could be hired to sing at weddings, and parties across the country at over Shs7M.
