Stop Cutting off Rasta’s Hair – Pallaso to Minister Balaam After Being Appointed by Muhoozi

Singer Pallaso has requested Youths State Minister Hon Balaam Barugahara to ensure that the dreadlocks of Rastafarians are not cut off anymore.

This follows Balaam’s appointment as the chairman of the International Rastafari Conference in Uganda by Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba. Pallaso said that they are tired of this act when they are arrested. He called for the respect and dignity of the Rastafarian culture.

It should be noted that it is prison protocol for everyone incarcerated to cut off their hair. This is in fact done by the prison authorities.

A couple of musicians have seen their dreadlocks groomed for several years cut off the moment they enter prison with the most notable being Alien Skin. But according to Pallaso, this is wrong because it’s messing with an artist’s brand.
