Minister Balaam Barugahara Pledges to Cover Queen Bianca’s School Dues

Minister of State for Youth and Children Affairs Dr. Balaam Barugahara Ateenyi has pledged to cover Queen Bianca’s school dues starting next year.

During a meeting with the young boy and his guardian, singer Henry Mwanje, Balaam addressed the controversy surrounding Pius’s adoption of a female character and pledged to cover his school fees.

Queen Bianca real name Pius started getting famous when he started behaving like a woman on social media. Fans were concerned about his age as he is supposed to be in school not on social media dancing for artistes.

According to Balaam, he has granted Henry Mwanje guardianship and also took him to the police to sign the agreement they have made about Bianca.

He was picked up by singer Henry Mwanje who was cautioned about taking care of him as a man or leaving him rather than encouraging him to act like a lady.

Pius who dropped out of school in primary four due to a lack of school fees now has a reason to smile.
