Lydia Jazmine Treats Ishaka Revelers to a Free Performance

Talented singer Lydia Jazmine real name Nabawanuka Lydia performed in Ishaka for free after the promoter failed to pay her.

She went on stage and told the fans that she had been backstage for some time waiting to be paid so that she could perform unfortunately, that never happened and the only solution was to to perform for free.

Lydia Jazmine resides in Kampala which is a long distance from Ishaka. Travelling there to go and failing to perform is considered a failure because she has already wasted her time and money on transport.

According to the singer, some promoters are inconsiderate because they know the struggles an artiste goes through but even when the concert is successful they find it hard to pay an artiste.

She said that she has so much love for her fans and that is why she made a decision to perform for her fans without payment.

The talented singer told promoters to always pay the artiste because they go through so much to be where they are.

“I am here on stage to complain because I came hours ago but I have been behind stage waiting for my payment from the promoters. I haven’t been paid but I am going to perform for you my fans. These promoters need to be considerate at some time,”
