Gospel singer Levixone has revealed why he doesn’t care about fellow gospel musicians who sing in bars and nightclubs.
Levixon said gospel musicians don’t make good money instead most of them are used by churches and are never paid.
In Uganda, everyone works hard to make money to be able to earn a good living and Levixone says gospel musicians are not exempted from other people.
He stated that he doesn’t see any problem when a gospel musician sings in a bar or a night club as long as he/she’s handed a worth to go for pay cheque.
“I have no problem with gospel artiste who go to perform in bars. I don’t think it is a bad thing after all they are making money like any other Ugandan,” Levixone.
Levixone added that gospel musicians are always spreading the word of God through music and bars and nightclubs are one of the places good for spreading the word of God.
“Another good thing about it is that bars have people that deserve the word of God which is spread in gospel songs,” Levixone.
