Up and about Ugandan female singer Shakira Shakira renounces the rumour that her gifted car was taken back by her boyfriend.
Shakira said that the rumours are not true because she is on good terms with her boyfriend and there is no way he would take back the gifted car.
The singer was gifted a car last month as a surprise on her birthday, however, just a few days after she received the car there was a rumour that it was taken away by the owner.
According to Shakira Shakiraa, that is not true at all. She said that she has been with her boyfriend for some time and like any other couple they have issues.
She added that she was the one who had got angry at her boyfriend and told him to come and pick up his car but he didn’t and that is how it ended with them forgiving each other.
“The car that was gifted to me by my boyfriend has never been taken away by anyone. I gave it and it is the one I drive these days. People don’t like seeing others happy and that is why they spread all these fake rumours to make people believe them,” She said.
