Talented dancehall singer Cindy Sanyu has opened up about marrying her husband Prynce Joel Okuyo instead of him being the person that married her.
Cindy had to clear the air after she made a statement about refusing to move into any man’s house even after marriage.
Before getting married like any other lady, Cindy was dating different men of her choice. She said that she was tired of moving into the men’s house all the time they dated.
She had to decide to get a bigger house and make the man move in with her in case she fell in love again.
That didn’t become different in her marriage, she stuck on her decision and her husband was okay with it as he decided to move in with Cindy.
According to the singer, people misinterpreted it when she spoke in the interview. She said that she didn’t marry her husband instead he is the one who married her like it was showed.
The only thing the singer did was to make the husband move in into her place which is now their family home.
“Never have I ever said that I married my husband. I just said that I made him move to my house which is the truth and nothing more to that. Ugandans just like twisting the interviews,” Cindy.
