Singer Ronald Mayinja is not keeping his mouth shut when it comes to issues of the parliament and the political sector in Uganda.
He said the parliament now resembles the entertainment stage where the drama has increased and politicians also put on acts to gain attention from different people.
Ronald Mayinja has tried to hang around with politicians and even be involved in active politics but failed and ended up quitting and focusing on his music.
According to the singer, by the time he wanted to join politics, he was serious he wanted to transform the lives of people but now it seems like a form of drama to be in Parliament.
He said that the members of parliament need to start doing things right otherwise people will lose interest in all that happens in the house.
“Parliament is now resembling a stage, with politicians engaging in theatrical performances like us artists. Political parties are increasingly entangled in dramatic displays. It seems politics has become a form of drama,” Ronald Mayinja, Musician.
